Shipping Policy

 

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges going to and returning from destination and proper packaging when returning merchandise for exchange or refund.

  • We use Fed-ex and UPS for smaller size shipments and common carrier for larger shipments.

  • All quoted common carrier shipment rates are for commercial locations, curbside only and do not include inside delivery and residential delivery surcharges.

  • Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 72 hours from delivery date. For Fed-ex please contact us for claims and for common carrier please contact the carrier for claims.

  • Please use caution when accepting damaged boxes and items from a common carrier. Either refuse the shipment of have the driver note the damage to protect your claim.

  • Any discrepancy in a shipment or invoice must be reported within 10 days from receipt of order.

  • No items will be accepted for return or refund without prior written authorization.
